The Challenge

The Customer Experience, Support, and Product leaders who adopt Frame AI are often some of the only people at their company deeply focused on data-driven customer feedback. As a result, they are turning more and more to channels like LinkedIn, Twitter, and even Slack communities to exchange best practices with peers at other companies. We want to participate in amplifying and informing those conversations, to further the growth of the data-driven customer experience movement.

This Role

You will join our growing marketing team to help craft and execute our social media and community engagement strategy from the ground up. You’ll own the planning, development, and implementation of our organic social content strategy, proactively engage with relevant third-party content and help us build a large and engaged following on platforms like Linkedin and Twitter. You’ll source and engage with thought leaders in the CX space to feature in our Signal VoC event series and help us build credibility and win mindshare. Ultimately, you’ll help us build an invested audience that builds brand awareness, advocacy, lead generation, and revenue growth. You’ll build valuable experience in many aspects of startup marketing, and meet experienced leaders in Product, CX, and Support roles at major companies. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage and maintain our organic social content calendar, posting on Linkedin and Twitter to engage the CX community and build a following with thoughtful and informative content
  • Own Frame AI’s day-to-day community presence, responding and engaging across social media and community channels
  • Strategize on social media tactics to build engagement and identify sales leads
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social campaigns to thought leadership, product, and business priorities
  • Represent Frame AI in Slack channels and other public community forums
  • Build relationships with and recruit CX leaders to interview and present in our Signal VoC event series
  • Promote Signal VoC events and generate thoughtful questions to ensure high-quality content
  • Stay up to date with current trends in CX so that you can continually generate fresh and relevant content ideas

Who We’re Looking For

  • Requirements
    • You have experience maintaining an engaging social media presence, a thorough understanding of best practices, and follow updates and trends across platforms like Linkedin and Twitter
    • You have a way with words and can write compelling, on-brand copy
    • You can distill complex ideas into simple takeaways — you’re a great storyteller with a sense of humor and you love a good analogy
    • You’re an avid relationship builder who loves to collaborate with other teams and community members
    • You love interacting with people
    • You’re results-oriented and data-driven
    • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
    • You’re happy giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • Extra Credit
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Hubspot
    • The ability to get scrappy with some light design work — experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar a plus
    • 500 points: You’re already familiar with and / or interested in the CX space

Other Notes

  • Frame AI is based in the greater NYC area, but this role is open to remote applicants close to the America/New_York timezone.
  • This role is not eligible for immigration/visa sponsorship in the US.
