By using Natural Language Understanding (NLU) to identify and organize unstructured customer feedback, Frame AI provides large service organizations an efficient way to act upon a unified view of feedback locked within thousands of conversations spread over different channels. Frame AI deploys an early warning system that delivers prioritized customers, themes, and process gaps needing attention directly to the staff whose actions increase the quality of the customer experience and prevent churn.
This role is for an experienced frontend engineer who will own, maintain, and extend Frame’s data-rich web application user experience. You will be instrumental in unlocking customer value stored in millions of conversations analyzed by Frame’s cutting edge AI platform. You will steward the development and maintenance of sustainable, testable, well factored frontend code, clean visuals, responsive elements, and complex, yet easy to navigate information hierarchies. You will work directly with leadership to craft an action oriented, visually engaging in-app experience that reflects Frame’s brand as the most technically capable Voice of Customer platform in the market today.
The base pay for this role is $180,000 - $220,000 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits and company equity grants.
Own the Frame web app experience and codebase.
Ship and learn by working closely with Product to turn requirements to design prototypes, design prototypes into released code, and released code into rich feedback.
Set standards for our frontend development best practices, code organization, and design system
Select and implement tooling to enable continuous deploy/ continuous integration of frontend code changes

5+ years modern js framework development (react, vue, etc)
3+ years developing data-heavy web application user interfaces
3+ years collaborating within rapid prototyping tools (invision, figma, etc)
2+ years consecutively owning of significant pieces of a web user experience
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deploy systems
Advanced knowledge of React syntax and semantics including effective use of state management and component design
Advanced knowledge of design systems
Strong fundamental engineering skills including proper use of standard data structures and algorithms and reproducing issues and debugging programs
Excellent communicator across modes from technical, interaction, and visual designs, as well as daily progress updates, code reviews, and responding to production incidents
Ability to be productive in a remote work setting
Experience developing analytic interfaces and dashboards a plus
Frame AI is based in the greater NYC area, but this role is open to remote applicants close to the America/New_York timezone.
